Start-Up in Stuart Available Buildings Tour will be held Thursday, September 19, 2019
Are you a current business owner looking to expand? A home-based business in search of a store front? An entrepreneur with a start-up? A developer or investor in search of a business opportunity? If you answered YES to any of these, then Stuart’s Available Buildings Tour is perfect for you!
Stuart Enterprise for Economic Development, Inc. (S.E.E.D.), the Stuart Chamber of Commerce and Midwest Partnership have teamed up to host a tour of available buildings in Stuart’s downtown business district. The tour will include commercial buildings for sale or lease with a variety of possible building uses such as office space, mixed-use, retail space, hotel development, and a used car/automotive shop.
The tour will be held on Thursday, September 19 and is a come and go event. Buildings will be open to view between 11:30am and 5:00pm. A social hour will be held at the Stuart Depot from 5:00pm to 6:30pm where participants can ask questions or discuss their ideas for an available building.
Register and pick up tour materials at the Stuart Depot (204 E Front Street) any time between 11:30am and 5:00pm. A waiver must be signed to participate in the event and prior to entering the available buildings.
