The All Saints addition is a new housing subdivision in Stuart, IA. Located directly west of the West Central Valley High School this housing addition has 37 lots available on a first come first serve basis. After purchasing a lot you must begin building a home within 6 months, and be completed builidng in 12 months.

The community of Guthrie Center has 32 lots of various size available for sale as part of their Cameron Flats housing development, located near the school. Lots range in price and cost between $22,000 to $33,000. If you purchase one lot, you may get a second for half price.

The community of Adair has 21 lots available in the Crawford Addition on the northwest side of town. Lots range in size from .3 acres to 2.11 acres. Prices vary by lot and range from $12,500 to $35,000. There are incentives to build, including $15,000 back to the owner and $3,500 to the builder upon completion in specified time frame and meeting of covenants.
Lots 2 and 21 are available for townhome construction. All other lots are for private, single-family residence.
Single Family Homes: One-Story dwellings must have a ground floor finished area of at least 1,350 square feet. One and one-half story dwellings must have at least 900 square feet of finished area on the ground floor and at least 1,500 square feet total on the ground floor and second floor combined. Multi-level/split-level dwellings must have the above grade finished area of at least 900 square feet on one level and a total of 1,500 square feet with all levels of finished living space. Two-story dwellings must have at least 1,400 square feet of living space. Porches, breeze ways, and garages are not included in total square feet.

The Wambold Addition is a housing development implemented by Stuart's Enterprise for Economic Development (SEED) on the east side of Stuart, near the high school. The goal of the development is to encourage new home construction to bring more residents to the area. Phase 1 began in 2013 with 32 lots. An additional 24 lots were made available for Phase 2 in 2018. Lots are available to anyone for free (except for legal and abstract fees), as long as construction is started within 6 months of purchase and completed within 18 months and the home meets buildling covenants.
