Chad Schreck joined Midwest Partnership in August of 2011. Prior to joining MWP, he was with Region XII Council of Governments for four years where he served as a regional and economic development planner and worked on several projects with MWP. Schreck earned a master’s degree from Drake University in public administration with a concentration in executive leadership. He also earned his bachelor’s degree in Law, Politics and Society at Drake and worked as a legislative aide in the Iowa House of Representatives.
Sarah Gomez, Economic Development Coordinator
Sarah Gomez joined Midwest Partnership EDC in September 2009 as the organization’s Office Manager. She was just recently promoted to Economic Development Coordinator. Originally from Rippey, Sarah is a graduate from AIB Institute of Business with Associates and Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting. Prior to joining MWP, she held position as city clerk for Rippey. She continues to provide service as an independent consultant for Scentsy and independent contractor for the Family Resource Center. Sarah as also held management and accounting positions in Jefferson and Des Moines, Iowa.
Monica Cateron Office Manager
Monica Cateron joined Midwest Partnership EDC in October 2011. Before joining Midwest Partnership she worked in the abstract and title field in Des Moines and Southern California until moving to the west central region early in 2011. In addition to her education in the abstract and title field, she also has an education in wine, and studies all areas, from agriculture to production and tasting, and with so many Iowa wineries in the region she enjoys traveling and meeting the winemakers.
