ACED receives boost from three area businesses

Audubon County Economic Development recently received a total of $30,000 from three area businesses to continue their work in demolishing and or improving dilapidated properties in Audubon County. Audubon State Bank, AMVC and Landmand’s Bank each presented the ACED checks for $10,000 to put into the group’s housing account. This is the third year these businesses have contributed to this fund. The major renovation project underway by the ACED, utilizing the housing account, is the Tracy Street project in Audubon. According to ACED officials, they are looking to continue the cleanup effort within Audubon County and encourage additional businesses or individuals to make a donation.
